Azerbaijan is the best destination for Dagestan (Eastern) Tur hunt. This stalking (also driven if necessary) hunt is conducted on steep Caucasus Mountains at 8,500 – 10,000 feet (2,700 -3,100m).

Each client is guided by 2 guides and hikes 3-4 hours from the base camp to the tented fly camp and stays there until he gets his trophy. In some places it is possible to use horses.

Hunters should be in good physical condition for this hunt. Base camps are clean and comfortable hunting lodges and located at 5,800 feet (2,000m). Generators are used for power in the base camps.

Average trophy is 32“(81cm). Shooting distance 150 -350 yards (100 -300 m). After the hunts trophies are boiled, cleaned and prepared to be taken home.
