This is the smallest deer species that lives in rich woodlands of Central Black Sea Region in Turkey. Rather it is seen in Bolu, Karabük, Bartin and Kastamonu.

Recommended hunting periods are May and June. Hunting times changing from 3 to 5 days. Accommodation can be done at the hotels or fly camp at higher altitudes.
